Every applicant is screened against the same written criteria, applied consistently. We verify income and employment, review credit history, confirm rental history with previous landlords, and check for eviction judgments within the past three years.

Criminal background review is conducted only after a conditional offer to rent, on an individualized basis, consistent with the New Jersey Fair Chance in Housing Act. Criminal history is never used as an initial screening filter.

You don't pay us a leasing fee until we have a signed lease AND money paid from the tenant.

As an owner-client you will have one direct point of contact (your Executive Property Manager) and we promise to return all communication within 24 hours business hours.
