Who does the recurring work

Once we take over we are responsible for the common areas and for anything that goes wrong. That works far better when we know who is already doing the routine jobs, so nothing quietly stops.

If you are not sure, say so. That is a useful answer and we will find out. A guess is worse than a blank.

We need them as soon as possible: we cannot show, inspect or secure a property we cannot get into. If you are short, say so here and we will cut copies and bill it at cost rather than find out on move-in day.
