How to Pay Rent

Pay Online

Go to tpgmanagement.net and click the "Resident portal" button.

Pay By Check

Personal checks can be mailed to the payment address in your lease and must be received by the 3rd of each month. There is no fee for paying outside the portal.

*Rent received after the 5th is late, carries a $70 late fee, and must be paid with certified funds.

How to Submit a Maintenance Request

  • Go to tpgmanagement.net and click the "Resident portal" button.
  • Fill out the form describing the issue and upload any images you may have.
  • Click "Submit Request" button.

*All maintenance requests must be submitted through the Resident Portal. Requests by phone, text, or email are not accepted.

Emergencies (no heat in winter, no water, active flooding or leaks, sewage backup, or no electricity): submit the request, then call 732-978-9390. A live coordinator answers after hours. For fire, a gas smell, or any danger to life, call 911 first.

Resident Responsibilities

Residents are responsible for consumables and routine upkeep. Anything beyond this list goes through the Resident Portal.
